The sample team went back over the priority styles this morning and moved the urgent ones forward first.

Send Specs First. Sample After We Review Them.
Send your tech pack, target price, and timeline. We’ll tell you what looks workable, what needs adjusting, and whether it makes sense to sample now.
What Buyers Actually Ask First
Can you reply fast, sample on time, and ship without drama?
That’s usually what repeat orders come down to. Not fancy talk. Just clear answers early, a sample that lands when promised, and fewer problems before shipment.

Last updated: Jun 02, 2026
The cutting room is on today, and the sewing line is moving at a normal pace.
We are online for tech pack review, spec fixes, and the usual first-round questions buyers send before sampling.
Is This Factory a Match for Your Brand?
We’re a small production team in Quanzhou, so we’d rather be clear now than waste your time later.
Good Fit for Us
- Building a brand and willing to align on realistic MOQ/lead time
- Need OEM / ODM with low start quantity (typically from 100 pcs/color)
- Can share a tech pack, sample, or at least clear target photos + measurements
- Prefer direct communication with people running production
- Want long-term stability over one-time lowest-price gambling
Not the Best Fit If You Need
- Need 1–20 pcs for personal use or influencer gifting only
- Want "exactly this" from another brand with no room for pattern/fabric adjustments
- Only comparing headline unit prices without quality/timeline context
- Need third-party factory certifications we do not claim to have
- Need DTC fulfillment/retail shipping — we focus on B2B manufacturing
- If your project sits in the middle, still send it — we’ll tell you honestly after spec review.
Real Numbers From the Factory Floor
MOQ, sample lead time, inspection, and capacity — the numbers buyers usually ask for before anything else.

Typical sample lead time after specs are clear and materials are confirmed
Enough room to scale, without becoming a factory where small buyers get ignored
Final check before packing, with QC photos or video available if you need them
Before goods leave, measurement, stitching, shade, and label placement are checked again

Fabrics Sourced from Certified Mills
We don't stock mystery fabric. Every material we use comes from verified mills with environmental test reports available (OEKO-TEX standard, recycled polyester GRS traceable on request).
Send us your fabric spec — GSM, composition, hand feel, performance requirements — and we'll source it. Or pick from our existing library of tested fabrics.
How We Usually Move From Specs to Shipment
Simple process, but we’d rather be clear about it now than explain delays later.
1. Send Specs (or Even a Rough Idea)
Tech pack is best, but a reference sample or sketch also works. We review and point out risk items (fabric, construction, target price, timeline) before quoting.
2. Sample in 7–10 Days
We produce a wearable sample, share photos/video first, then ship. If fit or details are off, we revise before bulk. Better to spend time here than pay for mistakes later.
3. Bulk Production (Usually 25–35 Days)
After sample approval + deposit, we start bulk. In-line checks happen at cutting, sewing, and finishing. We can share progress photos so you know where things stand.
4. Final Check + Shipment
Before packing, we check measurement, stitching, shade consistency, and label placement. Then we ship by FOB/CIF/DDP based on your route and budget.
Buyer Questions
Quick Answers Buyers Usually Need Before They Send Specs
What is the usual MOQ for a first activewear order?
Usually 100 pieces per style per color is the workable starting point. That is often enough for testing a style without forcing a large first inventory bet.
How fast can sampling start?
If the specs are clear, sample lead time is usually around 7–10 days. If fabric, fit, or branding details are still vague, the review stage matters more than rushing the cutting room.
What helps a buyer get a useful quote faster?
A reference image, target quantity, fabric direction, price target, delivery timing, and branding requirements usually create a much better first quote than a generic “best price” request.
