Sampling This Week

  • May 09: Upcoming shipment slots were checked against the forwarding plan so nobody is scrambling at the last minute.
  • May 08: Weekend duty staff are online, so urgent inquiries are still being checked.
  • If a fabric, fit, or trim detail looks shaky, it should be called out early. Waiting usually just means redoing the sample later.

What We Check Before Shipment

  • May 07: Monday's sample list is already lined up. That makes the first workday less messy.
  • Before handover, the usual checks still matter: measurement, stitching, shade consistency, logo position, and packing details. That part is never glamorous, but it is where problems get caught.
  • If needed, QC photos or a short video can be shared before final balance so buyers can see the goods instead of guessing from a message.

Recent Order Movement

  • May 06: Handover notes were updated for the line leads before the next workday starts.
  • Packing list, carton marks, and shipment timing should match the order plan. When those details get left to the last minute, things usually go sideways.
  • If delivery timing shifts, buyers should hear it early, not after shipping has already gone tight.
Sample lead time

Usually 7–10 days once specs and fabric direction are clear.

Bulk lead time

Usually 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit.

MOQ

Usually from 100 pcs/style/color for a workable first run.

Common Questions

How often do you share progress like this?

It depends on the order stage. Sampling, QC, and shipment usually have the clearest checkpoints, so those are the updates buyers ask for most often.

Does every order follow the exact same path?

No. Fabric choice, trims, fit problems, and shipping plans can all change the details. But the key checkpoints should still be clear before bulk moves forward.

Can buyers ask for QC photos or video?

Yes. We can share QC photos or video before shipment so you can check measurement, stitching, shade, and packing status more clearly.
