Questions we hear most often from sourcing managers and brand founders.
What is your MOQ?
100 pieces per style per color. This is low enough for brand testing and pilot orders. If you need even less for a first sample run, talk to us — we're flexible.
Can I order samples before bulk production?
Yes — and we encourage it. Sample lead time is 7–10 days. Sample fee is $50–$150/style (depending on complexity), fully refundable against your first bulk order. We send photos and video for your review before shipping the physical sample. One round of adjustments is included.
Is sampling free?
We charge a sample fee ($50–$150/style) to cover fabric and labor. This amount is fully deducted from your bulk order payment — so effectively free when you proceed. No charge for simple color/fabric swatches.
What's the bulk production lead time?
25–35 days after sample approval and deposit. Complex styles (e.g., multi-panel, printed, or with special hardware) may take slightly longer — we'll tell you upfront.
Do you offer private labeling and custom packaging?
Yes. Woven labels, printed hang tags, care labels, custom poly bags, branded boxes. Send us your design files — we handle the rest.
What fabrics do you work with?
Nylon-spandex (180–280 GSM), polyester-spandex, recycled polyester, compression fabrics, and quick-dry mesh. All sourced from mills with environmental test reports. Custom fabric development available.
Do you accept tech packs and custom designs?
That's our primary business. Send us your tech pack, reference sample, or even a sketch with measurements. We'll review for manufacturing feasibility and quote accordingly.
Payment terms?
T/T (bank transfer). Standard terms: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. Sample orders: full payment upfront.
Do you have BSCI, ISO, or other factory certifications?
No — we're transparent about this. What we offer instead: 100% piece-by-piece inspection, fabric test reports from certified mills, and a track record of repeat orders from US, EU, and AU brands. Request a sample and judge for yourself.
