Fabric Details

Nylon-Spandex

180–280 GSM

Smooth, sleek hand feel. Good opacity at 200+ GSM.

Most common activewear fabric we work with. Good for compression fits.

Polyester-Spandex

160–260 GSM

Lighter hand feel, quick-dry. Less opacity than nylon at same GSM.

Holds color well. Often used for printed or color-block designs.

Recycled Polyester-Spandex

180–260 GSM

Similar to standard polyester-spandex, with recycled content.

GRS traceable materials available on request. Same performance as virgin polyester.

Compression Fabric

220–280 GSM

Firm, supportive. Higher recovery than standard stretch fabrics.

Requires specific fit grading during sampling. Not ideal for loose fits.

Mesh / Perforated

140–200 GSM

Open structure, lightweight. Used for ventilation panels.

Usually combined with solid fabrics rather than used alone.

Cotton-Spandex / Cotton Blend

200–280 GSM

Natural, soft hand feel. Less technical performance.

Good for casual collections. Not ideal for high-sweat or high-compression products.
